Guidelines to Take Online Training Program

ABH Partners, in collaboration with CPD QS and Training Express, has launched several UK-accredited online CPD courses in Management, Leadership, Business, Finance and Marketing etc. These courses will provide a valuable opportunity for individuals seeking jobs abroad aside from equipping learners with essential skills applicable worldwide.

Steps to Enroll in the CPD Courses

Please follow the following steps to enroll to the online Learning Management Platform (LMP).

Access the Course

  •  Explore the available courses under Course list or using Find Course  option

Choose Your Course

  • Select the course that best matches your needs and profession and Course prices and durations are listed in the course catalog.

Register & Make Payment

  • Before enrolling, register by providing basic information: Full Name, Mobile Number and Email Address.
  • Make your payment via CBE in the link and attach a payment transfer slip.

Confirmation of Payment

  • A payment confirmation email will be sent automatically.

Receive Login Credentials

  • Upon successful payment, our management team will send you the credentials to access the courses.

Start Learning

  • Log in using the provided credentials. You’ll be able to access the course content, which may include videos, reading materials, quizzes, and assignments.
  • A progress tracker displays how much of the course has been completed.
  • Complete the course at your own pace while adhering to the recommended timelines (6 months for courses of 10 hours or more, and 3 months for courses under 10 hours.)

Course Completion and Certification

  • After completing the course, the system will automatically generate a certificate. If you would like to receive a hard copy certificate, you shall pay additional Birr 200.00. Certificates will be available for collection within 3 working days after payment.

User Feedback and Review

  • You can rate the course by writing a detailed review and sharing your experience. (Optional)

Roles and Responsibilities of
Trainee and Training Provider

To ensure a smooth learning management system, standardized documents outlining the roles and responsibilities of each party are essential. This document is designed to address this need.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of ABH Partners

  1. ABH Partners will provide complete Learning Management Platform (LMP) to the trainee within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  2. Course access will be granted; 6 months for courses of 10 hours or more, and 3 months for courses under 10 hours.
  3. Upon verification of successful course completion, ABH Partners will issue a certificate of completion in soft copy. If a trainee want to obtain a hard copy certificate, he/she must pay Birr 200.00. Certificates will be available for collection within 3 working days after payment.
  4. Training fees are non-refundable after payment, if a trainee fails to complete the course within the recommended timeframe. However, payment refund may be applicable if the LMS fails to deliver the course as expected.
  5.  ABH Partners will assign an online support representative to guide learners through the process.
  6. ABH Partners will provide technical assistance to users regarding platform access & functionality, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  7. ABH Partners is not responsible for trainee non-attendance after course activation due to various reasons, except in cases of force majeure, such as nationwide system failures or internet blackouts.
  8. Trainee information will be used for internal purposes only. ABH Partners will not share this information with third parties.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Trainee

  1. An online trainee is expected to be proactive, self-directed, and committed to the learning journey.
  2. A Trainee shall manage his/her time efficiently to meet course requirements. Trainees are expected to complete the courses at their own pace while adhering to the recommended timelines (6 months for courses of 10 hours or more, and 3 months for courses under 10 hours.)
  3. The trainee shall settle the required training fee in accordance with the course price list.
  4. A trainee shall actively participate in the training, including but not limited to: - Engaging with all course materials (videos, readings, interactive elements). - Completing all assigned tasks, activities, and assessments.
  5. A trainee shall maintain a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.
  6. A trainee will receive certificate of completion after successful completion of courses.
  7. A trainee shall maintain ethical standards and academic integrity. Transferring course access privileges to third parties is strictly prohibited. If found, a trainee is accountable for any unauthorized transfer of access.
  8. The certificate of completion will not serve as a professional license. However, it remains a valuable asset for trainees seeking to advance their careers, improve job applications, and enhance personal development.
